Westmead Simulation Team – 2014 Video
This is our recent offering for the Westmead Hospital “OSCARS” Video Competition – while it’s a bit of fun hopefully it makes a relatively serious point about the importance of Closed Loop Communication Skills and reflects on the importance of Simulation training in modern healthcare. We think that simulation is great for improving application of knowledge and clinical skills to realistic patient scenarios and allows reflective and deep learning to occur.
